Ordered online through door dash, waited 45 minutes for delivery notification. Got a call from our door dash driver that the person in the subway said, “they’re out of turkey, out of chicken, and have no cookies”. So they couldn’t fulfill the order. Normally don’t complain about this stuff but seems incredibly odd and inconvenient they don’t have pretty basic items.
Went in at 7pm and the guy asked “what I can do for you”….then proceeded to tell me very rudely that they’re closed.
Very rude servers, more interested in chatting with other employees than serving customrrs. Sandwich thrown together. Will never return to THAT subway!
Stopped by on my lunch break. Stood around for 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear. I ask the gas station attendant if there's supposed to be someone at the subway counter, she says maybe she's in the bathroom. I wait a couple more minutes and another gas attendant tells me they are closed. wasted my lunch break, now i'm ravenous and angry.
