This is our go-to Subway in town, service and subs are great however our last order placed through the app was disappointing. Very little tuna (had to peel back the cheese to find it), no lettuce, missing a sauce, pretty skinny on all the veg. My husband's was really salty (did not ask for salt), not much veg. Maybe new staff, not sure but not up to their usual standard.
Great service and friendly staff even though lineup was absolute chaos. The gentleman who made my sandwich was super kind and even tossed in a cookie for me. The sandwich was very good.
Some of the nicest employees at this location, sad to see they are completely let down by their management. I always place my order ahead of time, and it’s almost never ready 20 minutes later when it says it will be. Really sucks to see lineups of 10 people with 1 employee trying to keep their cool making one sandwich at a time.
The Filipino woman worker there was amazing. She was very friendly, courteous, and great at her job!
After a bad experience in 2024 and not going back there, I visited afresh this past Saturday night. The person working there was great at making the sub and customer service. Planning to return soon.
