I just wanted to say the 2 gentleman working today handled a miserable man so well. I was behind and watched the customer not take his eyes off his phone and telling them what he wanted and when the subway worker accidentally put the wrong sauce on the customer didn’t just say that was a mistake he aggressively and raised voice said “what are you doing!?
