I ordered on the subway app and was very specific of what I wanted. When I arrived at the restaurant the reps did not great me. My order was ready and waiting for me so that was a plus. the customer who walked in after me was greeted with a smile and hello from both reps. When I got back to my car I opened my order and noticed I was missing some of the specifications I asked for. Placed order went to pick up and they didn’t have ingredients that was requested wouldn’t give refund they made the sandwich the way they wanted and told me to call cooperate office never been so mad never will go back
