I want to thank the young man at this subway for making my subway experience great today. Usually any other subway in town disappoints… especially 3318 Keith st. Food was hot and veggies were fresh. Thank you for caring and preparing our sandwiches like you would want your own.
Placed an online order that wasn’t ready when we went to pick it up after the given time. Even though there were only 3 customers left besides us, we had waited almost a hour by the time we received our last sandwich. They announced they were out of several items. So a group of 6 left. That did make the line shorter for us. When they finally got to our order they said they were out of items and couldn’t refund us or substitute anything because a manager wasn’t there and we needed to come back Monday morning. Ordered online, and they were out of basically everything and I still had to pay for it, didn’t even get the churro I PAID FOR and I couldn’t swap it out with cookies which is stupid??
