I tried to pick up a DoorDash order, but I made the mistake of using their restroom. The guy got annoyed about it, claiming that the bathroom is only for customers—even though I was there picking up an order for *his* customer. That kind of attitude certainly doesn't make me want to visit the store for any personal shopping. I’ve never been told I couldn't use a restroom just for being a delivery driver—not even at high-end restaurants.
Wonderful service! They were out of the cookies from our online order and a very nice male worker made sure the substitution was alright before completing the order. You can tell the workers care about the customers!
James was slammed by himself late at night and still was able to give great customer service.
This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to and a completely despicable representation of Subway here in Cleveland. I will never step foot in this location again. From the moment we walked in, we were not acknowledged at all. The woman working there had a nasty, hostile attitude and displayed blatantly racist behavior.
