If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Lady was absolutely rude as hell. At that point I didn’t bother ordering anything else and just walked out. She was extremely rude to my family and many other customers behind AND in front of us. Not one single person did she not have a nasty attitude with. This is NOT okay. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there, don’t be rude to your customers. I sincerely hope management looks at this review.
Store is closed at 7:55 PM on a friday. That is two HOURS before 9:30 which is on the door. Not only that but previous times I've been here staff has been INCREDIBLY rude or has an attitude. No mobile order option on app either... This store doesn't allow coupons. All they are in for is your money. No wonder your store is likely failing at this location.
Worst service in Rochester. This guy working there is extremely rude. He even started cursing When I’m making my order as if I’m bothering him being in the store So I never purchasedfor my food and left
They say they are open until 9:30 pm but we’ve been twice in a row now around 8:30 and they’re closed with the sign off and the door locked. Even though the hours on the door (and on Google updated by the business two weeks ago) say 9:30.
Just when in art the guy that was working was so friendly fast and was a pleasure to order food from I just come on Monday just to have him make my food
