I have lived in Fairport for 8 years, and every experience over the years has honestly been horrible. Service is terrible, they aren't really friendly at all. Their attitude makes you feel like you are a nuisance for wanting to order a sandwich ... at a sandwich shop.. Recently they have been closing (several) hours earlier than the listed time on Google, Subway app and webpage, and their physical signage on the door. It is likely due to reduced staff. The lettuce is usually gross here. I don't understand how you can serve it when it clearly smells bad. Lettuce is a main ingredient, it needs to be more fresh. I have smelled it from behind the glass and got sandwiches without before. I know the employee smells it too...
