Stopped in on a road trip, great service!
So I placed a mobile order a 9:00pm. I was legit in the parking lot and watched these people turn off the lights and lock the gate connected to the store at 9:14 Melissa came out with our printed receipt and told us she can’t do the order because they was out of bread as I’m staring at the bread cabinet and see the bread. Then she tells me she can’t refund my money because she shut down the register and there isn’t a way for me to through the app. So she said she’s gonna reprint the receipt and void it out in the morning. Placed online order and got to the store where one worker was there, they still hadn't started my online order, while I was waiting 2 more employees started to walk in with no urgency. Still haven't gotten my order 15 minutes after I was supposed to pick up
