Edit. They began waitng for you to arrive before beginning to make your order so you still have to wait in line even if you order online (which surprise! Doesn't work half the time like today at 6pm ...the app says the restaurant is closed) Someone should train them as to what goes on each sandwich and menu item. That should be the minimum training. They don't even get that. It gets worse every time I go.
I placed an online order and I went to pick it up when it said it was ready. But when I got there, the lady informed me that they couldn’t make my sandwiches because they had no bread. They also couldn’t give me anything I ordered, including drinks because they had to issue me a refund. I did two online orders when I was up there on 12/19 the pick up time said 10:00 pm and 10:14 pm. When I arrived at the shop they were closed. This does not answer the phone nor do they have an answering service set up. So I have not been able to talk to anyone about a refund.
Lady was completely rude we left and have never returned. Will drive farther for better service. Disgusting attitude.
