Eugene was amazing
Eugene is amazing! He was running the store by himself rushed with customers and online orders but he held it down and gave us amazing subs. Subway needs to promote this man to management and give him a raise because people like him make it worth coming to get a sub. We seriously can't stress enough how great Eugene is and they need to make sure they take care of him before another business steals him!
I'm going to be highly upset if I get sick from your worker not changing her gloves in-between touching money and making sandwiches. 🤢🤮 is it not common knowledge of how germs are spread? Lady don't be gross
Edit. They began waitng for you to arrive before beginning to make your order so you still have to wait in line even if you order online (which surprise! Doesn't work half the time like today at 6pm ...the app says the restaurant is closed) Someone should train them as to what goes on each sandwich and menu item. That should be the minimum training. They don't even get that. It gets worse every time I go.
I placed an online order and I went to pick it up when it said it was ready. But when I got there, the lady informed me that they couldn’t make my sandwiches because they had no bread. They also couldn’t give me anything I ordered, including drinks because they had to issue me a refund.
