I had ti ask for this lady’s gloves ti be changed, and after asking she seemed unconvinced like I had asked her to do something that already isn’t a part of her job. After that she helped the person behind me while mine was heating up, touching food I stated I was allergic to them taking my sandwich out the heater and touched it and I had to ASK HER AGAIN to change her gloves… the amount of cross contamination is horrendous and acting like I’m asking for so much when it’s just the bare minimum is ridiculous. They are best and the quality as well is really good and everything is fresh.
I went there today at 3:50 pm exactly and asked the lady if they were closing soon. As it’s summer time and I thought they close at 4:00. She said, yes we are closing now. I said that it’s fine then. I had doubt and I searched online about what time they are closing, it’s 4:30pm for today. So, you guys are lying to customers so that they don’t order because you have to make a sandwich? Nice. Just to make sure I took another trip infront of the cafeteria around 4:15pm and they were still open.
Update: Service and friendliness has improved a lot, and so has the freshness of the food. Hopefully this isn't due to them being far less busy with the fall/winter semester being over. I hope they keep up with the improvements! Staff are distracted, quiet, and take on too much. 2 staff will take on 4-5 orders while barely starting making the first 2 subs. Then they ask over and over what kind of meat, what kind of cheese, and do you want it toasted. Very skimpy on the vegetables, I have to keep asking for more.
