Just ordered a sub at this location and the employees were friendly. It was made properly and it was very good,
I have had enjoyable experiences at this Subway at Westbrook before, but today, I got a sandwich and the guy who was making my sandwich completely ruined it by cutting the sandwich before he even folded the sandwich, which in turn left all of the sauce, almost outside of the sandwich. The sandwich was lopsided and almost uneatable without making my hands a complete mess. I would recommend some of the staff here be retrained on how to make their sandwiches and cut their sandwiches. I had an amazing experience at this Subway thanks to MAX! He was incredibly friendly, fast, and paid great attention to detail while making my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The service was efficient, and he kept everything clean and organized. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend visiting this location if you want top-notch service!
