Staff are incredibly rude and inefficient. Too many times they have been arguing with each other rather than helping customers at the front.
Parked RIGHT infront of their building and left 5 minutes later with a $84- $120 Diamond Parking ticket. I guess Diamond just brought the parking rights for this strip mall. I came in at 2:20 and by 2:25 when I left with my order I had a ticket. I don't even want to know what kind of pathetic slime of a person is double dipping on their jobs in the area (judging by how quickly I got a ticket) so all of these businesses are getting a negative review too. The staff didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted, they just threw it in the oven. :(
