They were rude. Didn't have anything we wanted. I understand we should have read the coupon. That was on us, but the girl could have told us that sub isn't not part the deal before she started. She made the sandwich and told us after we tried to use the coupon. So we was going to just get a different sandwich. They told we had to pay for three sandwiches. No we just wanted two. So we just left and went to another subway.
The sandwich toppings were stale. The bread was burnt.
Update 5/12/26 - Site had improved dramatically over the last year only to return to terrible again. It is clear that the mgr changed and the new one has no ability to maintain the improvements. Staff constantly turning over, out of various items regularly and dining room always messy. The Operator of this franchise is severely failing at providing consistent and great service and product.
