I ordered online and they replaced the buns with another one without giving any hint when handed out to me. The staff were unfriendly. The phone is not answering with no space to leave voice message. They run the business unprofessionally and don’t care for the customer satisfaction.

Purchased a Meatball sub, asked the staff if there was dairy in it. They said no, then while making the sub told me to check on google. I confirmed there was diary. They put the meatballs back into the container and I offered to pay for the bun already had sauce on it. Instead, they charged me the full price of the meatball sub and made excuses about how there was no "charge" option for a bun. Ended up paying $24 for a cold cut sub, drink and chips.
