Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Lovi! Super polite, friendly, and patient while taking my order. The sandwich was made perfectly, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell Lovi really cares about customer service. Definitely made my visit better — will be coming back for sure!
