As a current store manager, I take customer service and accurate communication very seriously. My partner and I came out in the rain to pick up a Subway sandwich, only to be turned away because the staff decided to close early—despite the posted hours indicating they were still open. That kind of inconsistency is disappointing and feels like false advertising. We ended up taking our business to Wawa instead.

This makes the second time I’ve come to this Subway and they decided to close early. Google, yelp, the entire World Wide Web and their DOOR with the schedule hours says they close at 9:30pm, but for some reason they lock up shop at 9:15p and 9:10p. 20 minutes early is crazy. And I called to verify the time just for someone to pick up (at 9:11) that “they’re closing in 2 minutes” and when I said Google says you close at 9:30p she says “no we don’t”. Oh yea?
