Great service, clean restaurant, and my food is always made perfectly and on time
The staff at this Subway either cannot read or refuse to follow basic order instructions. When mistakes are made, they take zero responsibility and immediately shift the blame to the app or the customer. My order was very clear. I asked for one footlong and one 6-inch sub. Instead, I received two 6-inch subs. Even more concerning, they added marinara sauce despite my order clearly stating NO marinara due to my child’s allergy. That is not a small error.
