Doesn’t subway know what a BLT is? I got the bacon and the extra I asked for but no tomatoe or lettuce. This is the third store that did this to me.
This was a total disaster, bread was dry and old, the extra ham I paid for was missing, salad was forgotten to be made, and then they wanted to be paid for my online order that was already paid for. The person in charge of this store needs to get training and learn how to train his or her staff. Sandwich making is not rocket science, reading an order is not brain surgery, so please get your act together. And who is in charge of restocking?
