Doesn’t subway know what a BLT is? I got the bacon and the extra I asked for but no tomatoe or lettuce. This is the third store that did this to me.
This was a total disaster, bread was dry and old, the extra ham I paid for was missing, salad was forgotten to be made, and then they wanted to be paid for my online order that was already paid for. The person in charge of this store needs to get training and learn how to train his or her staff. Sandwich making is not rocket science, reading an order is not brain surgery, so please get your act together. And who is in charge of restocking? Staff was rude, and they charged us for the wrong things. We've been served by the same two people before and they were rude both times. The guy that checked us out didn't even wait for the food to get done, charges us for the wrong things then couldn't remember checking us out when he was asked by the other employee. They were also bullying another employee who was staying over time. The staff looked like they were all adults, they shouldn't be acting like 16 year olds. This subway used to be so much better.
Jayden Dellinger lit up the room as soon as we walked in and even checked in on us to make shure our meal was perfect. Would highly recommend even if Jayden is working.
