Terrible workers, worst customer service.
We were there at around 5:00 pm, the guy who was working was horrible. We ordered two subs, two drinks, and a box of cookies, he didn't give us a bag and when I asked for one ignored me and began talking to his friend on the phone while walking to the back. I didn't get his name but a horrible employee. Plus there was cross contamination, there were giant meat pieces in with the cheese and vegetables. The food tasted good but I wouldn't go there if you have dietary restrictions, the cross contamination was horrid.
Recieved a "National Promotion " on my app that footloose subs were 2 for $20. I was told by the clerk it was only online and I could not get the promo in person, even after showing the app. I tried to order 2 subs, and the app did not apply any discount at the checkout. We ordered individually and the clerk ran through my buddies order for payment before allowing me to scan my app for points, and she knew I was collecting points. This place is always nice and clean the staff always greet you with a smile. Dexter, one of the staff, is always ready to help and is very consistent on the services he provides. One of the best subway branch in the city.
