IF YOU’RE HUNGRY DON’T GO HERE! My first time at this location, I really should of went to lower Dixwell. I order a footlong tuna the guy spread the tuna so thin it was like mayo. I ask him where’s the tuna, it was more lettuce than tomatoes, olives! NEVER AGAIN! I should have just burned 11.37. The bag was lighter than PB&J.
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. First off, they had the fridge covered, so you couldn’t see the ingredients, which made it difficult to know what was available. I specifically asked for lettuce and other veggies, but they told me they were out of stock, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, they refused to accept a valid coupon I had, without giving any clear explanation. Overall, the service was poor, and I left feeling very dissatisfied.

unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience at my local subway. It is not posted anywhere that they do not take coupons, and if it IS posted, it is not in a visible place at all. I was told they do not take coupons because, and I quote, “the rent is too high”. I called the owner, Julia, and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful and when I advised and requested it be said and VISIBLE that coupons are not being taken, she got very angry and irritated with me. She was very argumentative and disrespectful to me.
