Very poor customer service, employees make it seem like if you ask for extra lettuce it comes out of their paycheck. Seems like you are inconveniencing them just by being there. Edit: not a thing has changed, consistently the WORST and slowest subway in the city. Staff just do not care, if I owned this place I would be upset at the amount of people who walk out without ordering due to the absolutely ridiculous service.
I recently for the first time experienced a very rude interaction with two of your employees, very impolite and unprofessional service. Maybe they need to be trained again on how to speak to regulars. Last night around 8pm I ordered two subs, and the first lady that had served me was very rude and dismissive she was with her coworker and spoke another language and started laughing, which I don’t mind but when they make it hard for me to order, I started to feel like they were laughing at me, her energy would drop and be rud... read more
