I had a great experience at Subway today thanks to the amazing service from the staff member ( khushi) who helped me. She was very friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. She kept a positive attitude even though the place was busy and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly cares about their job and treats customers kindly. Great customer service!
Your posted closing time is 10 PM. I got there at 9:45 PM and the location was already closed. That’s not acceptable.
Terrible Service coming from the worker yelling At my friend group of girls because We were ordering individually. and was yelling at us thinking we wouldn’t fight back once we started fighting back instead of rolling her eyes at us and yelling said she was getting mad at us for doing her job because she didn’t want to go to the back and come back out. all a group of 14-year-old and 13-year-old girls were verbally harassed by a random subway worker woman.
