Worker was giving me the meanest eyes, sub wasn’t toasted properly and meat was close to refridgerated temp even without asking for any extra toppings

I as the only customer at the time. The girl violated 2 health codes while making my sub 1) she used a dirty container to heat up the steak ( cross contamination) 2) she used dirty knife while making my sub. She took zero pride in what she was doing slap happily squirted sauce on sub made a mess on sub and counter top I will not go back there or order online again.
They open at 8am. Came in around 8:05. The women working told me to wait outside for 5 mins while she sets up. When she finally said i could come in 10 mins later. I asked for my sub toasted, and she made me wait another 10 mins for the toaster to heat up. If you open at 8am, you should have everything ready at 8am, it should not take me 25 mins to get a sub.
