Convenient location but a terrible customer service experience every time. The staff always seem so miserable and rude. It’s like they’re completely inconvenienced by my very presence every single time. Never a single smile or even a “hello”. I think it’s fair to say most people’s expectations are very reasonable/low when visiting a Subway. The worst subway ive been to since my first time here in canada. The food was good but the service was bad. The staff is very cold unwelcoming. One of the workers spoke in a passive agressive manner when i told her to repeat what she said cuz i didnt hear here. Will not come back there

I’ll be contacting head office after the first (and now only) experience at this subway. The restaurant was dead. It’s the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. I walk in, wasn’t greeted. I was met by some miserable woman who mumbled something to me. Mumbled all her questions, she was rude, her demeanour was horrible. She shouldn’t be working customer service. Worst experience I reached at 7:30PM at the store but I was unable to place the order online. There was a lady available and she immidiately told me that we are almost closing but the closing time was 9PM. I asked her the closing time and she said let me know when you are ready to order… Then I told her to do the order in person and i want to grab the offer. But she directly refused me that I will give you only on regular price. Worst customer service experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Bathroom for white people only ?? This review is for their Macleod trail / Southland drive location, close to Esso gas station, stopped by for lunch today, was going to wash my hands before ordering, the 2 ladies that was on duty quickly declined my request, I couldn't understand what they were saying, I think they mentioned something about the manager, again I had no idea what they were trying to tell me except there is no way they will hand over the bathroom key, btw imagine you need key to use bathroom at a restaurant, no... read more
