Horrible service, horrible attitude towards others, really insensitive to others being argumentative. Substandard food, worst subway i have been to
Joy and Grace were super friendly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was super clean and the bathroom was spotless. I highly recommend coming here, thank you for such a great experience
Update: Food safety Health Inspector was notified and did an inspection. Violations were found re: improper food storage temperatures. Not too surprised. Ordered from the Bridlewood (162ave) location this morning. Bottom piece of bread was covered in mold. Black mold. Luckily my daughter's friend noticed as she was biting into it. Took the sandwich back and asked about their protocols for how long bread is kept for and was told they had recieved the bread on Thursday (it was now Saturday). No option not to tip! I'll go elsewhere from now on, they cut the mozzarella cheese in thirds as opposed to other places, totally avoid
