Today, I ordered a footlong veggie patty sandwich on the online app using the deal 6.99 per footlong. I pickup my order at around 7 pm and came home and when I opened the sandwich, one veggie patty was cut in half length wise and used in the full footlong. I went back to the subway and asked the lady who made the sandwich who was the owner, and she said it was herself, then I told her that you put only one veggie patty in the entire footlong, she responded saying they only had one left, and I said why did you not disclose th... read more
Very disappointing experience. I asked for a 6" flat bread sandwich which I've gotten often at other Subways. Server said flat bread can only be 12". I was disappointed, but paused a moment and then said ok. Server proceeded to turn the flat bread the wrong way so the sandwich was only 8"! (See picture.} I also observed less pieces of cheese, 3 rather than 4, and of course less of everything. Very poor service from a chain I frequent often, sadly I won't be going to this one again. only thing happens is then they don't take the coupons i got on the mail,no paper coupons taken any more.
Charged my footlong as 2 separate 6 inch sandwiches.
