I went to this Subway on my lunch break to get a footlong. Upon entering I was greeted appropriately. While the man made my sandwich he was just throwing the toppings very sloppy on top. He also gave me a small sprinkle of lettuce and peppers and I had to keep asking for more. Already annoyed, I still decided not to say anything and continue with the order. What made matters worse was when I asked for pepper, salt, oil, and vinegar he became upset because I was adding more toppings yelling " Dang?!" and sucking his teeth. Wh... read more
I ordered online, when i came to pick up my food the cashier said she gave it to some man…. Howww? I have the bank statements and the receipt which was emailed to me. The manager was RUDE and didn’t Compensate me… and then gave me a phone number where i can’t speak to a live person… try Panera or potbelly cuz this ain’t it !
Never acknowledge me. 3 staff on and all 3 were waiting on one person. I was the only other person in store (total of 2 customers).
I entered this store intending to buy a sandwich. Before ordering I wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. The toilet is locked with a key. Coincidentally when I asked for the key the salesman told me I have to buy something before entering the toilet
