When I arrived, there was a sign indicating the employee had gone to the restroom for a five-minute break. I completely understand and was not upset by this. However, the wait extended to approximately ten minutes, at which point the employee had already returned but the delay had still occurred. Unfortunately, the issues continued with my order. I visited your store today and had a very disappointing experience. Two employees, a man and a woman, were working the counter, and it was evident that both employees had disabilities. It took over 30 minutes to prepare a single sandwich, and the process was extremely slow and disorganized. My concern is not with the employees themselves. Small location inside Walmart. Don't expect subcrunch here as they seem to be always out or do not carry it

We just went to this Subway inside Walmart during their open hours advertised on Google. A man came out saying they were closed. I showed him the Google map hours and he said “I am the manager so I can close down when I am not getting enough sales.” I couldn’t believe my ears. This was true at another subway down the street in Helotes. DOES ANY SUBWAY HONOR THIER ADVERTISED HOURS??!!! What world are you living in??!!
