Condition of this location is very surprising for the literal location. The worker was very sweet but wasn’t well trained to be left ALONE. She literally informed us before hand she Didn’t know how to wrap,didnt know how to change receipt tape(no receipt) asked for a bacon BLT, given bacon & avocado instead. Ask for Cucumbers was told “we are out, had to throw them because they were MOLDY” *literal face of shock* Lights were off in the store, every table was filthy with crumbs and stains. Floor was dirty .

I was at this location yesterday with my bf after shopping a bit around 6:30 pm. I didn’t mind not being acknowledged by the employee or waiting too long, but what made me leave Was the lady got a phone call and while making an order, she takes out the phone from her pocket using her phone while making a sandwich that was so unsanitary and gross…I immediately told my boyfriend we are leaving and I will not be eating here anymore..this used to be my fav spot..

After several months of disappointing experiences at Subway, I was pleasantly surprised today. The young man working who’s name was Joseph was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great customer service. My sandwich was made perfectly, the store was well-kept, and the entire experience reminded me why I used to enjoy coming here. It’s amazing how much of a difference one employee can make. I had the best pizza at Subway. The workers are always so courteous, and helpful. I eat here at least twice a week. I love it here.
