Not bad
Usually 1 person working and they are frustrated. I was the only person in line and waited over 30min because the only worker was prioritizing mobile orders while I’m standing right in front of her. The owners are junk based on the way they let their store operate.
Wow! This restaurant is a no! I placed an order at 4:30pm to be ready at 4:50. I showed up at 4:55pm. The sandwiches weren't ready until after 5:10 (20 minutes late). I watched a long line of walk-ins get their sandwiches made even though I was in the restaurant waiting and had made my presence known. I don't know why the sandwiches were not made in the 25 minutes before I came but once I was there I should have been treated like a walk-in if Subway has some sort of policy about prioritizing walk in customers over app orders... read more
Rude and very inconsistent with online orders, sometimes they'll almost make your sandwich right, other times they just throw what they feel like on it. Then they get mad when you point out that there's meat all over your vegetarian sub
The older gentleman working today was so rude. Hardly spoke, so making a sandwich where you have to communicate what you want was very difficult, when it shouldn’t be. He never said hello or what can I get you. He just looked at you until you starting talking. The other younger gentleman was thankfully nice and stepped up. Won’t return again, trust me, just go to Jimmy John’s instead.
