I'm very surprised and disappointed that your chat bot questions skew so negatively on the website and it's the only way to contact you. The girl, Karissa, who took our order was very rude and slow. She made it seem like doing her job was a chore and the worst thing ever. Our food took 45 minutes and she did not follow up, she left us for another employee to deal with.
The gentleman taking our 2 sub order was detailed and right on it,he and his co worker had them done real fast! Thank you guys! 8:39 pm -9/21/25
