All these 1 star reviews are not lying. This Subway location is the worst. The manager is supposed to lead and his workers will follow. However he, the manager is rude and hostile and needs a crash course on good customer service. They will take your money and not give you your food or refund. I highly don't recommend them.
Clean with pleasant staff. Stopped in for a quick lunch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was as expected for a Subway. There were plenty of tables and restrooms were clean.
I wish I could give this disgusting place 0 stars; went in today to use the bathroom; I have an autoimmune disease and had a random flare up and needed to use it urgently. He said I could use it and then gave me the key; I saw the sign that says for paying customers only, but because I was on a run I didn’t have my card on me. I told him I didn’t have my card on me but asked if I could input it manually on the keypad. Having never patronizing this particular Subway location. Approximately a week ago, I placed an online order for a couple of subs, which unfortunately never arrived. Upon contacting the store and speaking with the manager, I was met with a rather unfavorable attitude. He mentioned he would need to consult with the owner to determine the appropriate course of action.
