They put in tablets to order your food instead of just ordering with a person making your sandwich in real time it is extremely complicated and Extremely inefficient. Instead of just clearly stating what bread I want to start with and all the things that I would like there are preset sandwiches with preset veggies on there that I have to make sure I takeoff. It’s taken away the complete customization of subways whole business premise and I will not be continuing to shop here
Whoever decided to implement the new order system deserves to be fired. I go to subway for the connection with the sandwhich artist when making my food I will not coming back
Very good customer services. Went here with my kids and the environment is very friendly.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I go there to try to purchase a dressing for my salad and I was gonna buy a drink, and the lady declined to sell me a dressing and a drink.
