I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes early before the expected ready time. I quietly sat down and was content waiting but the guys working made sure to connect with me and assure me they were working on my order. Despite there being a line of customers, the staff worked calmly and carefully and made the best subs tonight and I barely waited. Shout out to you guys! Well done. Thank you.

Did a delivery. Didn't have the Cookies that were ordered but was told I would get a refund(They blamed doordash) despite being ordered on the App. Also ordered Chips that they just didn't ship. Was told it was to busy and no refund can be done for deliveries even though it was ordered on the App. Ended up paying 30 dollars for a Sub.
I love subway, but they totally dropped the ball. Had an online order (two turkey footlongs) gives us steak and a ham one. There was another woman complaining about how they got the wrong sub. Maybe chat less and make the sandwiches correctly :)
