Put an order in for three kids sandwiches at 5 o’clock sharp in the drive-through line 520 went by. I was not greeted one time didn’t even take my payment. I had to knock on the window and they didn’t even start the kids sandwiches yet. I understand if they’re busy but manager should know how to delegate keep drive-through moving versus keeping the sandwiches on the floor moving.. mind blowing… cmon management. 5/26/26 Never coming back. Jimmy John’s all the way now. Just horrible.
I love Subway they have great sandwiches and great prices!!! Awesome customer service!!! You're way!!! My way!!! Subway!!! Sandwich artist Ray creates masterpieces here with these sandwiches!!! Consistent location and great customer service. The high schoolers working are always friendly, restaurant is clean and operations seem efficient. I love this location being my regular Subway.
If I could give it 0 stars I would, if I could gove negative stars I would! There is no excuse for 2 of your workers to be working on mobile orders when a customer walks into your store and 1 of your workers says "hello" and the other nothing..... not a we will be right with you not a peep from him. Terrible service since there was none and terrible people skills since they chose not to communicate a thing other than hello.
