I ordered Subway through there app today and it was canceled. A few weeks ago we received our order and it was soggy not toasted at all. I called and the team member graciously talk to a manager and refunded our whole order. This was the first time I have had an issue. I ordered it again last week no problem was toasted and fine. Very disappointed with the direction Subway is going. Getting rid of the reward program where customers could earn a footlong was a bad move. Prices are already way too high, and when a footlong is pushing close to $20, taking away one of the few good customer perks feels wrong. It seems like the program was removed because it was too generous, which says a lot. I want to be clear that the staff are always friendly, and this is not about them. They do a good job.
