The food takes a very long time to get when you have put an order online ahead of time. The order was already placed online and I have been waiting over 20 minutes for it to be finished.
I ordered a footlong oven roasted turkey on Italian bread and the 6 pack of white chip macadamia cookies. Got 6 chocolate. I am allergic. If the store was out, they should have refunded it. The bread is HARD as a ROCK. Barely any condiments on it. So dry! $26 for a disgusting sandwich and 6 cookies I can't eat.
I had to leave a review for Drew at the Subway near Falk Rd — he seriously stood out tonight. It was late, there was a long line, and honestly I was exhausted walking in. But Drew was incredibly kind, calm, and welcoming the whole time. Even with a full line of people, everyone stayed patient because he kept things moving so smoothly.
