Horrible that when you order that you can’t add items to your order even if you pay for it. Got the foot long nachos. Wasn’t worth it. Also ordered a bottle of pop which was warm and they wouldn’t give ice unless you paid for an another full size drink. If you can’t keep pop cold at least give a cup of ice. It’s sucks to go anywhere these days.
I was visiting my sister in lorain and she ordered online a sub to be ready when she get off from work,it would not let her put a pick up time in, she called up to the restaurant and told them this, that person got off and didn't tell the next worker,them sandwiches set all day and l wanted them to make me some fresh ones,the Filipino lady was very rude and nasty,l written to corporate, no luck,l will never go to this subway again
