Found a hair on my sub they really should be wearing hairnets and there was water or something on the floor and I slipped
Me and my husband and a friend went yesterday and got 3 meatball marinara subs and all of us have diarrhea today
Normally it's great but ordered online last time. Unfortunately the last time we got subs, there was just so much wrong. We received a tuna sub instead of turkey. Asked for extra sauce and got barely any and had dry subs. Non spread out gobs of mayo (which was gross to bite into). Hoping it was just an off day or new employee or something, will give another shot eventually, but wary.
I was reluctant going here because of the reviews, but figured most of them were people complaining about wait time. That wasn't an issue for us. There was plenty of staff and our food was fresh. The staff was friendly as well. Only ding is that the soap was out in the bathroom, but I understand soap does eventually run out. I did tell the staff member and she was slightly annoyed but she was in the middle of refilling the ice machine. Some of the younger workers need to be trained better. If They can’t make my sub in less than 10 MINUTES that’s an issue. Although I went there today and Sue made one of the better sandwiches I’ve had from there in a while. Thanks Sue!! :)
