Unfortunately this is one of the few food I lion's by us. A lot of times we've had bad experiences. Tonight's bad experience was probably the worst. Shamus was the name of the person working. It took 30 minutes by the time I started to order my food until I left. Got 3 sandwiches and 3 roll ups. Terrible terrible subway. They were running low on bread since they only make it once a day. I placed an online order and the only option for bread was flatbread and herb and cheese(no problem I wanted the herb and cheese). I go to pick up they don't have the herb and cheese. Strike one. I then bring the sandwiches home to realize the extra $4 I paid for my sub to have double meat didn't have double meat nor did it have provolone cheese. Strike two. Ordered on their app and there was some weird glitch where it no longer showed my order. Yet there’s still a charge on my card from this location. When I arrived at store I asked about whether or not they even received my order and nothing was done to help nor did they offer to make what I ordered and was very clearly charged for. Just sent on my with an assumption that since they didn’t get the order I’ll be refunded. Didn’t even attempt to to just have me order and pay again(since they assumed I would get a refund)
