Good place to eat but just got turned away when it says they open wow
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order through this subways website on the 20th. The email confirmation said to show up at 2:45pm which I should up at 2:40pm. I got there and all of the lights were still on but the door was locked. No one answered the phones so I left a voicemail requesting a refund and gave my information and have not received a call back. I called up here and was told no one could help me. I ordered food through the website, and the assigned driver was Kevin. However, a woman picked up the order but never delivered my food. Subway states that there's nothing they can do because the website uses a third party that goes through Doordash. Neither Doordash nor Subway wants to be held responsible. The food was supposed to be ready by 4:38, but it was supposedly delivered at 5:10. I called, but the person never picked up. I even put in the delivery notes GPS coordinates.
