I came in a few days ago for a sandwich, and the workers were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the owner’s son showed up and threw a ridiculous tantrum, berating the staff in front of customers. He was incredibly rude and made such a scene that I couldn’t even enjoy my food in peace. If you have an issue with your employees, handle it privately—not in front of customers. Great service from the staff, but that tantrum was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
Sammi is one of the friendliest kindest people ive met. So diligent in his work and patient even when my younger sibling was confused. Love you Sammi!
I ordered 2 meatball subs from this store through doordash. I was at work and did not have time to place another order. I called same day and was told to come in when I can and they would replace the order. I get there and the lady says I need to bring in the sandwich (which I showed a picture I took before throwing it away) in order to get it replaced. Very nice server. Space was clean all except an employee on break in the dinner room with butt crack facing our table. Bread was stale, and very little thin slice meat.
