So Clean and the food is amazing with amazing people
This was a good Subway location. It was clean, the food was good, and the service was fast. The bathrooms were at the end of an abnormally long hallway, which was weird but not necessarily bad.
Messed up on our order two times in the same visit. Had to get back in line for them to help which took an extra 10 minutes, by the time they corrected our order, the dippers were ice cold. One of our subs only had five meatballs on a foot-long. Our chicken dippers were ice cold (cheese wasn’t melted and chicken was frozen). By the time they made the correction with heating the dippers thoroughly, we only had eight minutes to eat our food before they closed which the employee told us. Ordered online through the Subway app for pickup. Was very disappointed to find all the sandwiches were not made as ordered: wrong sauces, missing toppings & no sides included that were ordered. Didn’t receive cookies or chips along with the order even though they were specifically ordered. VERY disappointed!
