Messed up on our order two times in the same visit. Had to get back in line for them to help which took an extra 10 minutes, by the time they corrected our order, the dippers were ice cold. One of our subs only had five meatballs on a foot-long. Our chicken dippers were ice cold (cheese wasn’t melted and chicken was frozen). Ordered online through the Subway app for pickup. Was very disappointed to find all the sandwiches were not made as ordered: wrong sauces, missing toppings & no sides included that were ordered. Didn’t receive cookies or chips along with the order even though they were specifically ordered. VERY disappointed!
Another absolutely terrible experience! After being sworn at about 6 months ago, I decided to give Subway another try - go today and my family gets done doing our order, another worker comes up and skips checking us out and checks out the guy being me and asks my family to move out of the way so the guy behind us can pay. We get checked out and then they started bagging our food up, then all of a sudden stops and walks away. I had to grab my own food behind the counter and finish bagging it.
