Nice place. I frequent here often. Staff is a hit or miss. Their regional manager that was there last sharing she will be there for quite some time to get the store up to par. She was retraining staff from shelving items to how to properly ring up the drinks. Looks like they're on good hands and I'm suspecting the store will have better performance soon.
I wish I had a good Subway closer to me, but this is the closest. Supposed to be open until 9:30pm, came at 8:10pm on a Saturday. Door locked. No one around. This is the third time they have disappointed me. The other two times they forgot whole ingredients on mobile orders. Plus, their bread always comes out hard on the bottom when toasted. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
I went in this location and ordered the Chicken bacon ranch meal. The previous two people in front of me ordered the same. We were told we'd have to wake 5 or 6 minutes while they prepare and bring more chicken from the back. We all decided to wait. When it was my turn to have my order filled, server#2683 asked me what type of bread, and if I wanted cheese and what kind. I told her wheat bread and shredded cheddar cheese. I went to buy a sandwich at 840pm and they were closed and the sign says 930pm. No one came to the door or volunteer to inform any customers as to why is closed a hour earlier… horrible
