Accidentally ordered a sub here. Had no way to contact them through the phone online or website to let them know I needed the order canceled
Placed an online catering order the day before for pick up the next day at 11:30am. Order was cancelled 20 mins before it was supposed to be picked up. Tried calling the phone number, does not work. Thankfully another subway went above and beyond to get an order completed for me. Do not use them for catering orders at this location!
Talk about shrink-flation! Bread, vegetables maybe, some cheese…no meat. Things have deteriorated, you’re forced into a tip without some gyration. Disappointed with developments.

They don't ask questions if you want anything else on your sub or it you want different cheese on your sub. When you ask for a sub off of the list and then they don't follow what is on the list. I use to love to go and get a sub but I might have to go to fire house sub or Jimmy John's from now on
