Have done multiple pick up orders and unfortunately they’re never correct and not even close to being made right. I figure I would try again multiple times because everyone is human! But after four times in the last few months of not have one one order made correctly it’s just people being lazy. Wouldn’t recommend this subway.
I saw an ad for the hot honey nachos, and I had missed lunch And it sounded good. I was half a mile away from this branch so I quick download the app and placed an order. When I arrived, there was one employee making a sub. He rang the guy up and then looked at me and I said I have an online order. He looked at it and said oh we don’t have these. Myself and my son regularly order subs from this location and haven't had any issues in the past......but today was different. We always get it to, so when I went to pick up our order, it wasn't there. When I gave the lady our name......she picked it out of the trash! She straight away put gloves on but never washed her hands! I went back to work with our food and both sandwiches were missing the Sweet Onion sauce. 😞
Food was good as usual. But the employees both probably in high school seemed to care about there phones more than they did the job. The one kid put on gloves but wiped his nose with it. The seem so incompetent they dont know whats on there own subs. If you eat here make sure you trll them ehat to do step by step starting with washing there hands
Melissa made me a wonderful sub today and had the best customer service, surprised to find the prices are still pretty cheap since I last worked there 2021. Thank you Melissa!
