My food was thrown out I went lastnight and the people are rude one guy was running and yelling on the phone and to a customer who could not speak English and the girl who came out MISERABLE she was talking to herself and they had no wraps, no lettuce, barely anything should’ve just closed it’s unacceptable what I paid for I won’t be going back and I will tell everyone I know it’s not worth it needs a manager and people who want to be there I felt I was imposing them spending my money lol never again. 0/10
Made an order on the app and went to pick up the order about 20 minutes after the estimated ready time and the order was not there. I told the worker about it and they were rude and continued to take other customers orders that walked in the door and ignore my order I did not want the worker to make my sandwich at that pint and asked for my money back and they refused saying they could not refund an online order I went from spending $50 a month @ Subway to spending $50 a year @ Subway because of this.
