I was at the mall on a busy summer weekend in BC and needed a quick lunch before heading out. The line at Subway was long, but I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff worked through the orders. When it was my turn, I asked for a footlong but wanted two different kinds of ingredients inside on each half. Very disappointing experience. We were given a sandwich missing both the meat and cheese, containing only vegetables. When we returned to politely point out the mistake, the owner dismissed our concern and told us to “get lost.” This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable.

Worst subway ever. They forgot to put the meat and cheese in our sandwich and it was just veggies and when we went back to them the owner did not believe and said GET LOST!

i work in the mall and sometimes need to run and grab lunch, I explained to the worker I need to be speedy and quick as he can do it. bit he dragged his feet snd it took almost 10 minutes to make one 6inch sub because he kept asking me to repeat myself, the spinach was a little slimey. personally I perfer the one across the highway. I hope next time I go it's better.

Absolutely pathetic, would give zero stars if I could. For reference I asked for extra spinach, cucumbers, and lettuce and got offered 2 extra pieces of each. The prices have gone through the roof but the quality has decreased exponentially. Don't support these American chains.
