This place is great! The other reviewer clearly came at the wrong time or do not know the context of what they were seeing. This place has always been quick and easy unless there’s a rush.
I visited this subway today, buisness hours on the door and online states it’s 8:30am to 9:30pm. This location has employees sitting eating in lobby and one behind counter. Customers are trying to get in but doors are locked. Neither employee open the door nor gave a reason for Buisness to be closed at 8::45pm instead of the closing hours that’s posted. Will never visit again!
This has to be the worst Subway in the south suburbs. The main problem at this Subway is the kids they choose to hire. They are clueless to anything that's going on regarding your online order. They either didn't know, hadn't seen the online order, forgot, hadn't made it yet, or they don't have what you want so they cancel your online order without you knowing. Now you have to wait days on a reimbursement, no sandwich, and you're still hungry. I've dealt with the same issues from this Subway at least 4 to 5 times with online... read more
