I come here because it's closests Subway to where I work but I hate that's it's been a miss 2/3 times coming here. Most times they don't have what your looking for and when they do have it is put together poorly. All the way down to simply cutting the sandwich in half. The chicken used for the chicken teriyaki sandwich is terrible and taste like microwaved paste. Its giving tellytubby meal forsure. No flavor what so ever and still partially cold. On Oct.3 2025, Friday afternoon I was greeted by the staff upon entering the shop which I was surprised because that never happen here. They were friendly, polite, and completed my order quickly. I can't remember the name of one of the young ladies but one was Gina. Thank y'all for a good afternoon start.
On September 30th Tuesday, I stopped to grab a tuna sandwich after spending a 8-hour day at work & driving to Hinsdale to visit my mother in the hospital. Upon entering I was not greeted & the front person went to the back to grab top to all of the condiments. He didn’t ask if I could wait…once he was done he then asked for my order. I came to this location only to find out that they run out of food on meal deal day. Bad customer service and just work there to get a check .
