I placed an online order and walked into the store just as the manager Gina was making my sandwich. She was wearing gloves but was actively using her personal cell phone while preparing food. She didn’t realize I was the customer for that order. After putting her phone back in her pocket, she immediately reached back toward my sandwich without changing her gloves. This is one of my favorite Subway locations! I always have a great experience here, and the staff consistently makes my sandwiches exactly the way I like them. Everyone is friendly, and the service is always excellent. Thank you all for the great work!
Hey Gina, this is the guy that you cursed out over the phone. I just want to let you know I’m not joking. I do have a recorder of you using profanity over the phone and I will send that to corporate.
