I have reached out to you directly through the website like you said I was supposed to. The amount of hoops that you have to jump through to get good service is ridiculous. I was called a liar by an employee and said he would not be making my sandwich the correct way. Please let me know what steps I need to take to rectify this situation

I drove up here recently around 9:30 pm, an hour and a half before closing time. All the lights were off inside, chairs were up, and the open sign was off, making the place appear closed. Hours say it closes at 11pm so I called to ask, and sure enough, a worker picked up and answered that they were open. These lazy workers just want to make it appear closed so you leave. I won't be back.

I pulled up an hour and a half before closing time to get a sandwich and noticed it looked closed inside. I was confused since hours were updated by the business two weeks ago to say the closing time is 2300. Then I saw another review that the kids inside do this to make the store appear closed. Honestly, super rude and annoying and I won't be coming back.

The staff is confused on how to do basic things. Three people do not fit at the vegetable sandwich section preparing sandwich concurrently. They reach over each other drag sl ces through the vegetablee and Sandwichs being prepared. They have no idea of what the specials are, and there is no manager today when asked. But if I come back in Wednesday there ... read more
