A Hispanic girl was very rude and refused to serve me.
A rude Hispanic girl didn't want to make the order saying that it couldn't be done because it wasn't in the system when I've always made the same order and I've never had any inconvenience, it was just that she didn't want to help or work.
I didn’t catch his name but the Hispanic kid working there didn’t acknowledge us for 10 MINUTES STRAIGHT he was too occupied making an online order mind you it took him 10 minutes to make one sandwich. After he was done he finally asked us if were ready which of course I had to laugh like obviously we’re ready we’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. We walked in and weren’t acknowledged for 5-10 minutes while the kid working was focused on Mobile orders. He had AirPods in. He didn’t ask any questions and toasted a sandwich without even asking. Terrible customer service.
