I’ve been enjoying Subway for years and even have my own signature sandwich . I went for that taste today and realized, NO more brown spicy mustard that I had gotten used to. Why do you not serve it anymore?
I understand coming in near closing time isn’t ideal for employees trying to close up, but when the posted hours are till 9 PM and it’s 8:42 PM I’m left flabbergasted as to why I was told they could not make me a sandwich. The door was unlocked. There was even another customer in there, with a sandwich in hand, talking with the guy at the register… From the time I pulled up and got out of the car and walked in, and resumed there talking still as I got back into the car and drove away.
