Several issues with this location where they'll cancel your order online but not issue a refund. Also the staff there are of no help when it comes to the app and Subway as a company doesn't respond to requests. Very shoddy business practices and given no follow despite promises the manager will contact us. Avoid this place and honestly subway as a company.

Placed a pick up order on the app, went to pick it up and everything was wrong. They ignored my notes on the tuna sub and gave me a 6inch instead of a footlong on the meatball. Asked them to remake it, received a footlong meatball but the tuna was made incorrectly the exact same way as before. So it was wrong, again. At this point it’s been over 35-40 minutes and we said “just cook the bacon and we will assemble it at home.” All that was asked in the notes was that the bacon wasn’t cold and to cook it, and they just kept not... read more
