I went to pick up my order. The employee was playing on his phone, listening to music on his AirPods at the back of the store. I had to yell at him to get his attention and told him that I was there to pick up my order. I said I was picking up my order and told him my name. He then refused to give me my order because he claimed I saw the name from the receipt on the sandwich that was on the table and used the name.
