The lady ,who has been there for years, on the phone is the rudest person I've met. We placed an order and paid extra for the collectable cups. She called to tell us they didnt have any left. I asked for a refund and she said they dont do that. So I asked how do we resolve that I paid for something I cant get and she said you cant and hung up on me. My oder didnt arrive, no refund. I reported the incident with no replies. Avoid this location at all costs.
My favorite Subway hands down. Samantha is the best. Always clean and very prompt.
I don’t know why she thought this would be okay. I attached picture of receipt for proof I was at this location.
