This place honestly sucks you order food and they always mess it up and are never willing to fix it, you order online and they’ll give you free stuff through rewards but when you arrive they say that they can’t give it to you because it’s not in there system but you show them two receipts and still won’t give it to you worst subway in the tri-state area if you can I would avoid it at all cost.
Just waited 20 min in drive through line and still unable to order. 2 cars in front of me. Called store from car...stroe answer was " there are only three of us and we are taking online orders...maybe come in and order" Maybe get a manager!! Wont be back again!!
Go here a couple times a week for my sub fix and appreciate the food, how friendly the employees are, and how clean it is. Keep it up Subway in Lonsdale you guys are great and have a loyal customer here.
